  • 2 cups fruit of the forest, frozen (BERRY SMOOTHIE)
  • 1 cup cow's milk, (BERRY SMOOTHIE)
  • 1/2 cups greek-style yogurt with Extra Special® honey, (BERRY SMOOTHIE)
  • 1/2 cups orange juice, (BERRY SMOOTHIE)
  • 2 tablespoons honey, (BERRY SMOOTHIE)
  • 1 1/4 cups Extra Special® plain Greek style yogurt, (BASIL AND LEMON SMOOTHIE)
  • 1 cup basil, fresh (BASIL AND LEMON SMOOTHIE)
  • 1 cup sugar, (BASIL AND LEMON SMOOTHIE)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lime zest, (BASIL AND LEMON SMOOTHIE)
  • 1 banana, (PEANUT BUTTER SMOOTHIE)
  • 1/4 cups Extra Special® plain Greek style yogurt, (PEANUT BUTTER SMOOTHIE)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons peanut butter, (PEANUT BUTTER SMOOTHIE)

  • Berry Smoothie - Blend all ingredients in an electric blender and serve in glass cups.
  • Basil and Lemon Smoothie - Place 1 cup of water, 1 cup of sugar, and lemon zest in a pot and cook over medium heat until boiling. Reduce the heat and cook for 5 more minutes, allowing it to cool for 20 minutes. Blend the yogurt, basil, lemon syrup, and ice in a blender. Serve in glass cups
  • Peanut Butter Smoothie - Blend all ingredients and 1 cup of ice in an electric blender. Serve in glass cups.
