  • 1 glass cow's milk
  • 300 milliliters strawberry yogurt
  • 1 cup strawberries, slices
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ice cubes

  • While blending, gradually add the ice; the amount will depend on the consistency you want. If you like it cold, just add 3, if you prefer a frappé texture, add 6.
