Recipe for a refreshing drink for hot afternoons based on cucumber, grapefruit, alfalfa, and citrus. It's perfect for quenching your thirst or accompanying your meals, be sure to try it.

  • 1 liter sparkling water
  • ice cubes
  • 1/2 cucumbers, in cubes
  • 1 bunch alfalfa, fresh
  • 1 lime juice
  • artificial sweetener, of your choice
  • 1/2 oranges, or thinly sliced grapefruit

  • Blend the cubed cucumber and alfalfa with a little natural water.
  • Add the juice of one lime.
  • Strain the mixture and incorporate the mineral water.
  • Add sweetener to taste and ice.
  • Garnish with some slices of grapefruit or orange on the rim of the pitcher or glasses, and let a few more fall to the bottom of the pitcher.
