1 liter sparkling water
ice cubes
1/2 cucumbers, in cubes
1 bunch alfalfa, fresh
1 lime juice
artificial sweetener, of your choice
1/2 oranges, or thinly sliced grapefruit
Preparation

Blend the cubed cucumber and alfalfa with a little natural water.
Add the juice of one lime.
Strain the mixture and incorporate the mineral water.
Add sweetener to taste and ice.
Garnish with some slices of grapefruit or orange on the rim of the pitcher or glasses, and let a few more fall to the bottom of the pitcher.
