  • 50 milliliters rum, Zacapa 23
  • 25 milliliters lime juice
  • 15 milliliters simple syrup
  • 2 dash bitter angostura
  • 1 handful spearmint
  • ice cubes, in cubes
  • 60 milliliters champagne
