Alfalfa Water

There’s nothing better than having a refreshing drink that’s full of nutrients and vitamins. Don’t be fooled by the color; it’s so delicious that even kids will love it.

  • 1 handful alfalfa sprouts
  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 centimeters ginger
  • 1 lime, large
  • 1/2 bunches fresh parsley
  • leaves peppermint
  • zero-calorie sweetener, or stevia
  • 500 milliliters water
  • ice cubes

  • Cut the ends of the cucumber and peel it.
  • Peel the ginger using a spoon.
  • Cut the lemon in half, squeeze it.
  • Serve in a glass with plenty of ice.
  • Blend the sprouted seeds, ½ cucumber, lemon juice, parsley stems, mint leaves, sweetener, and water.
