1 cucumber
3 centimeters ginger
1 lime, large
1/2 bunches fresh parsley
leaves peppermint
zero-calorie sweetener, or stevia
500 milliliters water
ice cubes

Cut the ends of the cucumber and peel it.
Peel the ginger using a spoon.
Cut the lemon in half, squeeze it.
Serve in a glass with plenty of ice.
Blend the sprouted seeds, ½ cucumber, lemon juice, parsley stems, mint leaves, sweetener, and water.
