Carrot Water

Try this refreshing and delicious carrot water; this recipe is great to accompany any meal.

  • 500 grams carrot, peeled and diced
  • 4 cucumbers, peeled, seedless, and diced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 lime, (juice)
  • 2 cups water
  • sugar, to taste

  • Blend half of the carrots, 2 cucumbers, salt, lime juice, and 1 cup of water until a smooth mixture is created.
  • Repeat the step with the remaining cucumbers, carrots, and water.
  • Mix, strain, and place in a pitcher.
  • Sweeten to taste.
