Chai Style Milkshake

  • 8 tablespoons sugar
  • 8 tablespoons ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon ground cardamom
  • 2 sprigs cinnamon
  • 3 cups cow's milk , frozen
  • 1 cup black tea, can be infused

  • In a non-stick pot, make a caramel with sugar, ginger, cardamom, and cinnamon over low heat.
  • Be sure to stir constantly. Add the black tea and remove from heat. Let it steep.
  • When it is at room temperature, strain what you prepared and blend it with the frozen milk.
