8 tablespoons sugar
8 tablespoons ginger, grated
1 tablespoon ground cardamom
2 sprigs cinnamon
3 cups cow's milk , frozen
1 cup black tea, can be infused

In a non-stick pot, make a caramel with sugar, ginger, cardamom, and cinnamon over low heat.
Be sure to stir constantly. Add the black tea and remove from heat. Let it steep.
When it is at room temperature, strain what you prepared and blend it with the frozen milk.
