It is a drink to regain energy after a hard day's work.

  • 150 grams papaya
  • 1 ounce brandy
  • 2 ounces honey
  • 80 grams sugar
  • 150 centiliters cow's milk
  • 1 banana
  • 30 cubes ice cubes
  • 15 grams cinnamon powder
  • 1 tablespoon milk powder

  • Chop the papaya and banana; place all the ingredients into the blender (except for the ground cinnamon), and blend for about three to four minutes; serve and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
