4 liters water
1 kilo panela cheese
2 sticks cinnamon
1 pineapple, in cubes

Cut the chilacayota into medium cubes, remove the skin, and in a pot over medium heat, add the chilacayota with water, cheese, and cinnamon.
When it is soft, stir until the chilacayota breaks down and separates, remove from heat, and add the pineapple and lime zest. Serve chilled.
