Detox Juice

Detoxify yourself with this recipe occasionally with this juice that stimulates and cleanses the digestive tract.

  • 2 oranges
  • 4 prunes
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons flaxseed, ground
  • 1 pear
  • 1 cup water

  • Soak the 4 prunes in a cup of water for about 5 hours.
  • Cut the pear into cubes.
  • Squeeze the juice from the oranges into the blender. Add the pear cubes along with the prunes and half of the water where you soaked them.
  • Add the flaxseed and blend until the mixture is homogeneous.
