Drink to Prevent Water Retention

If you experience water retention during pregnancy, we recommend this refreshing drink to help avoid it. It's very easy and quick to make. It's made with melon, pear, celery, and coconut water.

  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 3 cups melon
  • 1 cup pear
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon lime
  • 1 sprig celery

  • Peel the melon and the pear. Cut them into medium cubes and place them in the blender.
  • Add the coconut water, lemon juice, and the two cups of water. Blend until everything is well combined.
  • Serve in a glass and garnish with a celery stick.
