This recipe is for those who want to make their favorite dessert and haven't been able to due to the lack of this milk. It's a perfect preparation for people who cannot find evaporated milk at the supermarket.

1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 cups milk powder
100 grams unsalted butter

Bring the water to a boil.
Add the butter until it completely dissolves. The butter should be at room temperature.
Add the powdered milk and stir until achieving the desired consistency, approximately 3 to 5 minutes.
Let it rest.
Blend to avoid lumps.
Place in a covered container and wait 10 minutes before using.
Yields approximately 360ml of evaporated milk, and you can store it in the refrigerator for a maximum of one week.
