It is a fresh juice that is taken on an empty stomach and helps to cleanse the body and burn fat throughout the day.

  • 1/2 stems celery
  • 4 sprigs parsley
  • 1 slice pineapple
  • 1/2 xoconostle
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 250 milliliters orange juice, or grapefruit

  • Clean and disinfect the nopal, celery, parsley, pineapple, and xoconostle.
  • Add all ingredients to the blender along with the orange or grapefruit juice. You can sweeten with honey (optional).
  • Blend everything and serve immediately.
