1/2 stems celery
4 sprigs parsley
1 slice pineapple
1/2 xoconostle
1 tablespoon honey
250 milliliters orange juice, or grapefruit

Clean and disinfect the nopal, celery, parsley, pineapple, and xoconostle.
Add all ingredients to the blender along with the orange or grapefruit juice. You can sweeten with honey (optional).
Blend everything and serve immediately.
