Hangover Tea

If you had a party where you lost count of the drinks you had or became very dehydrated, enjoy this tea that will help alleviate your hangover.

  • 2 pieces chamomile tea, dehydrated
  • 1/2 pieces ginger
  • 1/4 pieces lavender
  • 1 piece altarreina, (meadowsweet)

  • Choose a dark jar preferably with an airtight seal and mix the herbs. Keep in a dry, cool place.
  • When you are ready to prepare the tea, crush the mixture until it becomes a fine powder. Use 1 tablespoon for each cup of water.
  • In a tea pot, pour the mixture in the center and serve the hot water into the pot.
  • Let the infusion steep for 15 minutes and serve in cups.
