Homemade chocolate tablets are perfect for adding to hot milk to make a rich traditional drink from Mexican recipes. Bitter chocolate, cinnamon, and sugar are ingredients for making hot chocolate.

500 grams dark chocolate, chopped
1 cup raw sugar
2 cinnamon powder

In a pot, pour water and bring to a boil, then place a glass bowl on top (to create a double boiler). Add the chocolate and sugar.
Once the chocolate and sugar start to melt, add the cinnamon and stir until combined.
Cool the chocolate slightly and pour into molds (previously greased).
Freeze for 1 hour or until the chocolate is completely hard. Remove the tablets from the molds and wrap each one in wax paper.
Store in an airtight container in a dark, ventilated place.
