Heat 1/2 liter of water; when it starts to boil, add the soybeans, remove from heat, and let soak for 15 minutes.
Then discard the liquid, add another 1/2 liter of water, and let soak in the refrigerator overnight.
Strain the water. Blend the soybeans with one liter of water. Then place a cheesecloth over a strainer, pour in the milk, and squeeze to extract all the milk.
Place what you prepared along with 1 liter of water to boil.
Add the sugar and cinnamon. Let it boil for a few minutes.
Let the mixture cool and store it in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
It can last you for 2 weeks. Use it in shakes, smoothies, and more.
