1 cup oats
2 water
1 can evaporated milk
3/4 cups sugar
1 cinnamon stick
2 teaspoons vanilla essence

Pour the evaporated milk along with a cinnamon stick into a blender jar.
Add the Quaker ® oats, water, sugar, and vanilla extract.
Blend until everything is fully integrated.
Strain to avoid pieces of cinnamon.
Add ice.
Serve very cold and garnish with more oat flakes.
