Oat Horchata

Give a twist to the traditional rice horchata with this much healthier version using oat flakes. It will become your favorite!

  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 water
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence

  • Pour the evaporated milk along with a cinnamon stick into a blender jar.
  • Add the Quaker ® oats, water, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  • Blend until everything is fully integrated.
  • Strain to avoid pieces of cinnamon.
  • Add ice.
  • Serve very cold and garnish with more oat flakes.
