1 cup white rice, raw and washed
1 can condensed milk, (397 grams)
1 can evaporated milk, (378 grams)
2 water
cinnamon sticks, to taste
sugar, to taste
ice cubes, to taste
1 tablespoon vanilla essence

Heat half a liter of water in a pot. When it starts to boil, remove from heat and add the rice. Let the rice soak for at least one hour.
Put the rice along with the water it was soaked in the blender and blend until everything is well ground. Transfer the mixture to a large pitcher.
Add the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, one and a half liters of water, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir until well combined.
