Shot Glass of Gazpacho

Mix all the ingredients (reserve a bit of water) in a tall container and blend them in the blender, emulsify the sauce with the oil in a fine stream, strain the mixture through a fine sieve or mesh strainer and add a pinch of salt, vinegar, and thickener.
