The Best Almond Milk

Homemade almond milk, super easy to make, and tastes amazing!

  • 1 cup almonds
  • agave syrup , to taste
  • 3 cups water
  • cinnamon, or cardamom

  • Soak the almonds overnight in water, just enough to cover them. If you want, you can add cinnamon or cardamom at this point.
  • Peel the almonds.
  • Blend the almonds with 3 cups of water and add stevia or agave honey to taste until it looks like milk.
  • Strain the mixture, you can use a cheesecloth or a regular strainer. You can save the solid almonds left over to make a crust or almond cookies.
