Pineapple Pisco Sour

Variation of the traditional aperitif incorporating pineapple pulp.

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice , freshly squeezed
  • 3 ounces pisco, 35 degrees
  • 1 cup pineapple pulp, natural frozen
  • sugar flower, to taste
  • ice cubes

  • Pour the lemon juice and pisco into the blender, then add powdered sugar to taste. Blend.
  • Check the sweetness of the drink, adjust if necessary.
  • Add the pineapple pulp without thawing and blend again at the ice-crushing speed, once everything is blended, add ice to taste and blend again to crush the ice.
  • The drink should have a slushy consistency, like a frozen.
