Pisco Sour

The classic drink from Peru made with lemon and a touch of meringue.

  • 1 egg white
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 3 ounces pisco
  • 6 cubes ice cubes

  • Mix all the ingredients except the egg white in a blender.
  • Add the egg white and blend for 5 more minutes to achieve the foam of the pisco sour.
  • Serve in a martini glass or a whiskey tumbler.
