1/4 kilos prunes
1/2 kilos guava
6 apples
1/2 kilos tejocote
10 liters water
1/4 kilos tamarind pods, peeled
1/2 cups Great Value® hibiscus flower
2 sugar cane, peeled and in sticks
1 stick Great Value® Cinnamon Stick
2 star anise pods
2 cloves
1 piloncillo
1/4 cups triple sec orange liqueur

Cut the prunes in half, the guavas, apples, and tejocotes into quarters. Set aside.
Heat the water and when it starts to boil, add the fruit, except for the prunes, and boil for 20 minutes.
Add the tamarind, prunes, hibiscus, sugar cane, spices, and piloncillo. Boil covered until the fruit is cooked.
Remove from heat and add the orange liqueur, mix, and serve.
