Quick Cajeta Atole

A delicious hot drink with a very unique touch. A recipe with milk, cajeta, and a hint of cinnamon.

  • 1 liter cow's milk
  • 1 cup cajeta
  • 80 cornstarch
  • water, as needed
  • cinnamon sticks, for decoration
  • cinnamon powder, for decoration

  • In a pot, heat the milk and cajeta over low heat.
  • Stir until the milk is about to boil.
  • Add the cornstarch dissolved in a little hot water.
  • Continue stirring until it thickens and let it boil.
  • Serve hot with a cinnamon stick and a little ground cinnamon.
