Quick Hot Chocolate

A delicious hot chocolate, not too many calories, and also... QUICK!

  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1/4 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 1 cup cow's milk

  • Mix the cocoa, sugar, and salt in a cup.
  • Heat the milk in the microwave for 1 minute and 15 seconds.
  • Add the previous mixture to the milk.
  • Stir until it has ALMOST no lumps.
  • Add the vanilla extract.
  • Stir until there are NO lumps left.
