2 cups raspberries
4 teaspoons mint leaf
1/3 cups water
4 tablespoons sugar

Low
Blend the raspberries with water and sugar.
Put the mixture in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Take the mixture out and stir with a spoon.
Put it back in the freezer for another 20 minutes.
Take the mixture out and stir again, then put it back in the freezer.
Chop the mint finely and reserve a few leaves for decoration.
Mix the chopped mint with the raspado and it's ready!
