Raspberry and Mint Raspado

This delicious raspberry and mint raspado is perfect for making as a dessert; the combination of raspberry and mint is unique in this treat.

  • 2 cups raspberries 2 cups raspberries
  • 4 teaspoons mint leaf  4 teaspoons mint leaf
  • 1/3 cups water 1/3 cups water
  • 4 tablespoons sugar  4 tablespoons sugar

  • Blend the raspberries with water and sugar.
  • Put the mixture in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  • Take the mixture out and stir with a spoon.
  • Put it back in the freezer for another 20 minutes.
  • Take the mixture out and stir again, then put it back in the freezer.
  • Chop the mint finely and reserve a few leaves for decoration.
  • Mix the chopped mint with the raspado and it's ready!
