Spicy Cucumber and Lime Cocktail

This tasty cocktail, despite containing chili, is very balanced in its flavors, as it has a bit of sweetness from the sugar substitute used. The best part is that it doesn't compromise your health since it contains no sugar.

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice, for frosting
  • 2 tablespoons chile powder, low in sugar, for frosting
  • 1/2 cups lime juice
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 8 tablespoons artificial sweetener
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 serrano chile
  • ice cubes
  • cucumber, cut into strips, for garnish
  • lemon, cut into triangles, for garnish
  • serrano chile, cut into thin slices, for garnish
  • lime, cut into slices, for garnish

  • Frost two martini glasses or glasses by dipping them in lime juice and chili powder. Set aside.
  • Blend the lime juice with yellow lime juice, the sugar substitute, cucumber, and serrano chili until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  • Strain and pour into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously until chilled and lightened.
  • Serve in the glasses and garnish with a skewer of cucumber with yellow lime and slices of lime and serrano chili.
