1/2 cups tamarind pulp, or concentrate
1.5 liters water
1 cup sugar
ice cubes

Pour the water into a preferably glass pitcher. Squeeze the lemons.
Dissolve the sugar in two tablespoons of hot water. Add to the pitcher, mix well.
Add the tamarind concentrate, mix until completely dissolved.
Add ice to taste, refrigerate until ready to serve.
