Tamarind lemonade

Enjoy a delicious drink that you can have during the week or on a weekend outdoors. It's delicious!

  • 1/2 cups tamarind pulp, or concentrate
  • 1.5 liters water 1.5 liters water
  • 1 cup sugar 1 cup sugar
  •  ice cubes ice cubes

  • Pour the water into a preferably glass pitcher. Squeeze the lemons.
  • Dissolve the sugar in two tablespoons of hot water. Add to the pitcher, mix well.
  • Add the tamarind concentrate, mix until completely dissolved.
  • Add ice to taste, refrigerate until ready to serve.
