1 sprig fresh thyme
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon turmeric, yellow
2 lemons
5 centimeters fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper

Wash and peel the ginger (this can be done with the help of a spoon). Cut the piece of ginger into slices.
Cut the previously washed lemons into large slices.
Place the cups of water, lemon slices, thyme sprig, ginger, honey, cayenne pepper, and turmeric in a pot.
Bring to a boil until it reaches a semi-thick mixture of deep yellow color.
Serve immediately.
