Tres Leches Coffee

Pair this tres leches coffee with a caramel flan, as it has the perfect combination of flavors.

  • 18 tablespoons ground coffee, to prepare in your Royal Prestige® Barista
  • 9 cups water
  • 1/4 cups evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cups whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons dulce de leche
  • 1 tablespoon caramel, liquid
  • ice cubes
  • soft caramels, for decoration

  • Add the coffee to the Royal Prestige® Barista.
  • Add water and cover with the piston raised.
  • Align the heating icon with the serving spout.
  • Open the valve and heat over medium-high until it whistles, then remove immediately from heat.
  • Let it rest for 2 minutes and slowly push the piston down to the bottom.
  • Close the valve, turn to the serve icon, and wait for it to cool.
  • Pour the liquid caramel into a glass.
  • Add the ice and 1 cup of cold coffee.
  • Mix the evaporated milk, cream, and dulce de leche in a bowl.
  • Pour into the glass.
  • Decorate the tres leches coffee and enjoy.
