  • 4 balls vanilla ice cream
  • 2 glasses whole milk
  • 1 sheath vanilla essence

  • Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise.
  • In a medium pot, place the milk with the vanilla pod and bring it to a boil.
  • When it reaches the boiling point, turn off the heat and let it sit until it cools completely.
  • Then remove the vanilla pod and use the tip of a knife to scrape out the small seeds.
  • Put the ice cream, milk, and seeds from the pod in the blender. Blend the ingredients until it reaches a creamy and thick consistency.
