1/4 cups amaranth
1/4 cups peeled walnut Great Value®
1/2 cups evaporated milk
1/2 cups condensed milk
1 stick cinnamon
2 tablespoons cornstarch, dissolved in cold water

Blend the milk with the amaranth, walnut, evaporated milk, and condensed milk.
Heat the previous mixture over medium heat and add the cinnamon stick and the starch. Cook for about 15 minutes or until thickened.
