Watermelon and cucumber are two fresh ingredients that combine perfectly to make a delicious chamoyada, ideal for refreshing yourself from the heat and very easy to prepare with the special touch of Domino® Mascabado Sugar.
1 1/2 cups watermelon, cut into cubes and frozen for 12 hours
1 1/2 cups cucumber, cut into cubes and frozen for 12 hours
5 leaves basil
1/2 cups lime juice
1/4 cups chamoy
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons Domino® raw sugar
1 tablespoon spearmint, dry
watermelon, in slices, for decoration
cucumber, in rounds, for decoration

Blend the frozen fruits with the basil leaves, lemon juice, and Domino® Mascabado Sugar. Set aside in the freezer.
To rim the glass, in a mortar mix the Domino® Mascabado Sugar with salt and mint and grind with the pestle until it forms a powder. Wet the glass with lemon juice and then dip it into the powder you made.
Serve the fruit mixture interspersed with the liquid chamoy to form layers. Garnish with watermelon, cucumber, and mint.
