400 milliliters water, cold
500 milliliters red wine
100 milliliters lemon juice
1 bitter orange, sliced
1 apple, cubed
1 lemon , sliced
500 milliliters sparkling water
sugar , optional
strawberries, sliced

Mix all the ingredients (except the fruit and mineral water) in a glass pitcher. Stir everything to combine.
Add the fruit into the pitcher. Chill for at least one hour.
Before serving, add the mineral water and ice.
