Fruit Sangria

Don't let this holiday pass without enjoying a glass of this delicious fruity cocktail that will brighten any summer afternoon.

  • 400 milliliters water, cold
  • 500 milliliters red wine
  • 100 milliliters lemon juice
  • 1 bitter orange, sliced
  • 1 apple, cubed
  • 1 lemon , sliced
  • 500 milliliters sparkling water
  • sugar , optional
  • strawberries, sliced

  • Mix all the ingredients (except the fruit and mineral water) in a glass pitcher. Stir everything to combine.
  • Add the fruit into the pitcher. Chill for at least one hour.
  • Before serving, add the mineral water and ice.
