  • 2 apples
  • 1 pear
  • 12 grapes, cut in half
  • 3 canned peaches, cut into cubes
  • 3 lemons
  • simple syrup, to taste
  • 355 milliliters sparkling water
  • 1 bottle dry red wine, Lambrusco

  • Wash and peel the fruits.
  • Cut all the fruits into cubes and add them to a pitcher.
  • Squeeze the juice of the three lemons and add them.
  • Sweeten to taste, add the sparkling water and red wine.
