2 ounces dark rum
1 pineapple juice
2 slices pineapple
7 leaves peppermint
5 limes, only the wedges
2 teaspoons sugar
ice cubes

With a muddler, crush the mint, pineapple pieces, and sugar at the bottom of a shaker.
Add the ice and rum; shake vigorously to mix the ingredients well.
Strain into a tall glass with ice and top up with pineapple juice.
Garnish with pieces of pineapple and mint leaves.
