The Bloody Mary apparently gets its name from tomato juice and its red color; it has a not-so-liquid consistency but very good flavor.

1/2 tablespoons salsa, horseradish
4 cubes ice cubes
Tabasco sauce
50 milliliters tomato juice
2 drops Worcestershire sauce
50 milliliters vodka
cayenne pepper
salt

Place the ice cubes in a shaker and add lemon juice, horseradish sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, tomato juice, and vodka.
Shake well and pour into a glass with a little salt and cayenne pepper.
