  • lime zest, (depending on the number of cocktails you are going to serve)
  • 1 bottle sparkling water
  • 1 bottle vodka
  • ice cubes

  • In each glass, put ice, filling half the glass with sparkling water.
  • Before adding the vodka, add the zest and muddle it a bit in the glass to release the lemon flavor.
  • Add the vodka and stir (the zest is left in the glass to add flavor).
  • You can add a few drops of lemon juice if the taste of vodka is still too strong.
