Coffee Liqueur

Try this homemade coffee liqueur, a very easy drink to prepare with an irresistible flavor. Plus, you can impress all your guests with this recipe, as you can use it to make a coffee martini.

  • 1 1/2 cups Coffee express
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 750 milliliters cane alcohol

  • Heat the espresso coffee, brown sugar, and cinnamon stick in a pot over medium heat for 10 minutes. A syrup-like consistency will form. Let it cool in a bowl for 1 hour.
  • When the syrup is cool, add the cane alcohol and mix very well.
  • Serve the coffee liqueur in a glass with ice and enjoy.
