  • We start by pouring all the milk into a pot and heating it just until it reaches the boiling point. Since it is milk, if we let it exceed the boiling point, it will begin to stick to the pot.
  • When it comes to a boil, lower the heat to maintain that temperature and mix the can of condensed milk, nutmeg, and cinnamon stick into the milk.
  • We will beat the egg separately. First, we will beat the yolks, adding the sugar gradually in a sprinkle until the dark yellow color of the yolks lightens. And second, the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  • Having prepared both mixtures, we return to the pot, which should have cooled after being off the heat. First, we add the alcohol (whiskey) and stir.
  • Then we will add the egg whites, which will color the milk until it has the characteristic creamy color of the punch. Finally, we add the egg whites, which will be much more complicated to integrate into the milk (patience is needed).
