Apple Cinnamon Upside Down Cake for Coffee

This is a delicious recipe for a bread to enjoy with coffee, milk, chocolate, or tea; it's really tasty and super easy to make with the ingredients ready. I love this little bread because I love cinnamon rolls, but here they are super soft and melt in your mouth.

  • 1 1/2 cups apple, peeled and cut into small cubes
  • 1 tub dough, ready to make cinnamon rolls (Pillsbury) 12oz.
  • 1/2 cups pecans, in pieces
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter , melted
  • 3 tablespoons corn syrup
  • 1/3 cups brown sugar

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, in a greased 9-inch pan place 1 cup of apples, separate the 8 rolls of cinnamon roll dough into pieces of four each, add the rest of the apples and pecans in a small bowl, beat the melted butter, corn syrup, and brown sugar, add this mixture to the pieces of dough with the nuts and stir, add this to the pan with the apples.
  • Bake for 28 to 38 minutes. Cool for only 5 minutes. Top with the icing that comes with the prepared cinnamon roll dough.
  • Serve warm.
