Banana and Blackberry Bread

The traditional banana bread in this recipe gets a twist by adding blackberries to make it a little different and much tastier.

1/2 cups unsalted butter
3/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 pinch salt
1/2 cups blueberries, dehydrated
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 1/2 bananas, crushed
1/2 cups sour cream
1 1/2 cups flour

Preheat the oven to 175ºC. Grease the pan.
Beat the butter with the sugar. Once well combined and the butter is creamy, add the eggs (one at a time).
Add the banana, vanilla, and cream. Mix well and add the baking powder, flour, and salt.
Finally, add the blackberries (just to mix).
Pour the mixture into the loaf pan.
Bake for about 1 hour until a toothpick comes out clean. Let it cool slightly and then unmold.
