Banana Bread

The easiest bread in history, with the rich flavor of banana, cinnamon, nutmeg, date, and all its ingredients that are the perfect combination. Bake this fabulous bread and share it with everyone.

  • 3/4 cups dates, chopped
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 2 1/2 cups whole-wheat flour
  • 1/2 cups water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cups walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 1/4 cups sunflower seeds

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F or 180°C.
  • Soak the dates for 20 minutes and once soft, mash them with a fork.
  • In a bowl, mash the bananas with the dates and the other ingredients except for the sunflower seeds.
  • Once the mixture is ready, pour it into a square baking dish and place the seeds on top.
  • Bake for 45-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Let it cool and cut.
