Banana Bread with Blueberries

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 90 grams butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 30 grams amaranth, with honey
  • 30 grams chia seeds
  • 30 grams cranberries
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 4 teaspoons milk powder
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • In a blender, place the bananas in pieces with the melted butter.
  • Add the two eggs, amaranth, chia, blueberries, sugar, baking soda, milk powder, baking powder, vanilla, and mix well until everything is well integrated.
  • Then add the flour until a good integrated dough forms, prepare the mold with butter and a little flour to prevent sticking, and bake for 50 minutes.
  • Cool and serve.
