  • 1 cup carrot , grated, for the filling

  • 1/2 cups whipping cream , for the frosting
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, for the frosting
  • 1/2 cups icing sugar, for the frosting
  • 1 cup nut , finely chopped, for the frosting

  • Beat the flour, sugar, salt, carrot juice, butter, egg, and yeast. Beat until combined and a smooth, homogeneous dough is obtained. Place in a bowl and let rest for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  • Sprinkle flour on a surface and roll out the dough to a thickness of 2 cm. Spread the butter, sprinkle the cinnamon, and add the carrot. Roll up, cut rolls 3 cm thick, place on a baking sheet with parchment paper, and let rest for 15 minutes. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes and let cool.
  • Combine the cream cheese, whipping cream, vanilla essence, and powdered sugar. Set aside.
  • Pour over the rolls, add the walnuts, and let dry for 10 minutes.
