Cheese Ball Bread

This is an exquisite combination of traditional vanilla bread with the flavor of cheese ball, easy and quick to prepare. Perfect for sharing with loved ones.

  • 1/2 kilos flour
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 250 grams butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups cheese, grated cheese ball

  • Beat the butter until creamy, gradually add the sugar.
  • Without stopping to beat, add the eggs one by one.
  • Add the flour with the baking powder (sifted).
  • Blend the condensed milk with half of the grated cheese and add 1/2 can of water.
  • When everything is well mixed, gently fold in the vanilla.
  • Pour into the already greased and floured mold. Bake at 190ºC, checking every 20 to 25 minutes.
