  • 3 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cups flour
  • 1/3 cups Manchego cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon REXAL® baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • chives, finely chopped, for garnish

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Blend the eggs, oil, flour, cheese, Rexal® baking powder, salt, and milk.
  • Pour the previous mixture into a floured and greased mold and bake for 30 minutes.
