  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cups salted butter
  • 1 cup Manchego cheese, grated
  • 1 egg, for brushing
  • Manchego cheese, grated, for decorating
