  • 2 cups Chocolate Chip Pancake Mix Tres Estrellas®
  • 1 cup cranberries
  • flour , for the cranberries
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cups unsalted butter , melted
  • icing sugar, for decoration

  • Place the cranberries in a bowl, add the flour and mix. Remove the excess and set aside.
  • In a bowl, add Tres Estrellas® Chocolate Chip Pancake Mix, melted butter, eggs, milk, and mix until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  • Add the previously floured cranberries and continue mixing.
  • Place the cupcake liners in a cupcake pan and pour the mixture until they are filled to ¾ of their capacity.
  • Bake the chocolate cupcakes for 30 minutes at 180 °C.
  • Unmold and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
