If you love bread, you can't miss out on making the recipe for cream cheese stuffed rolls. This delicious stuffed bread is perfect to accompany any meal. We recommend making them when you have guests over, as they are exquisite.
Add flour and yeast to the mixer, mix a little, and then incorporate sugar, salt, powdered milk, butter, egg, and a little water.
Knead at medium speed and check the consistency. If necessary, gradually add more water.
Sprinkle a little flour on the table, remove the dough from the mixer and shape it slightly.
Add a little flour to a bowl and let the dough rest for 15 minutes, or until it doubles in size.
For the cheese filling: make 10 g balls of cheese and cover them with black sesame seeds, place them on a plate and refrigerate for 5 minutes.
Remove the dough from the bowl and divide it into 5 equal parts, add a little flour to the table and shape into round balls. Leave them on the flour so they don't stick.
Flatten the edges of the roll, place the cheese ball in the center and cover with the edges. Flip the dough ball over and shape it again to encapsulate the cheese.
Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
Add a little fat to a baking tray and place the rolls spaced apart to let them ferment. Leave them there for 20 minutes or until they double in size.
Crack an egg into a bowl, brush the rolls and sprinkle them with sesame seeds.
Put the tray in the oven to bake for 20 minutes.
